VVS Finance is a decentralized exchange built on the Cronos blockchain, designed to make DeFi simple and accessible. It allows users to swap tokens, provide liquidity, and earn rewards through an intuitive, beginner-friendly interface.
As lead designer, I drove the 0→1 launch of VVS Finance, owning the end-to-end design of the platform and its core product experiences. I designed the foundational DeFi flows including token swaps, liquidity provision, farms and mines, and ICO participation, simplifying complex DeFi flows into clear, usable experiences.
Beyond product UX, I partnered closely with Creative and Marketing to define the platform’s visual identity, crafting a distinctive, playful brand and interactive experience that made DeFi feel engaging rather than intimidating.
Following launch, VVS became the first AMM DEX on Cronos, scaling to approximately $1B in total value locked within weeks and reaching around $1.4B within three months, making it the top protocol on the chain at launch.
