Launched in 2021, Crypto.com NFT set out to make digital collectibles accessible beyond crypto-native users, offering curated drops purchasable with credit cards or crypto. As the platform scaled to over 10,000 creators, we built Creator Tools to provide a scalable, self-service way to manage and launch NFT drops.
As the lead designer for NFT Creator Tools, I partnered with Product and Operations to transform a manual, ops-heavy drop process into a scalable, self-service platform for creators.
I led discovery through user research and facilitated a cross-functional workshop to align Product Ops, PMs, and Design on priorities and scope. By deeply understanding the NFT generation and drop lifecycle, I translated operational workflows into intuitive creator-facing flows that balanced flexibility with platform constraints.
I designed end-to-end drop creation experiences, from setup to launch, ensuring the system could support scale while reducing internal bottlenecks. The result empowered creators to manage their own drops, reduced operational overhead, and increased the platform’s ability to support a higher volume and frequency of launches.
