Gnosis Pay bridges self-custodial wallets with traditional finance, enabling users to spend stablecoins like cash with a Visa® debit card.
Gnosis Pay’s website lacked clear positioning. It blended B2B infrastructure messaging with consumer content, making the product feel technical, unfocused, and difficult to grasp. The story emphasized backend capabilities over user value, resulting in low engagement and weak conversion.
As lead designer on the redesign, I redefined the audience and repositioned the experience around a consumer-first value proposition. I simplified the narrative, clarified tangible benefits like cashback and zero fees, and rebuilt the visual system with stronger hierarchy and brand cohesion.
I also built the new landing experience in Framer and developed custom 3D animations in Spline to create a more modern, expressive introduction to the product.
The result was a focused, benefit-led product story that drove a launch spike to 23% CTR and sustained a 4× lift over pre-launch performance.
